potions homework

Today I had to make a poition for my homework. The ingredients are :

• Yellow food coluring
• pink natural food coluring
• bicarbonate of soda
• Distilled vinegar
• bottle
• measuring jug
• bowl
• washing up liquid

Steps:

1. Place bottle in bowl.
2. Add 600ml of warm water into the bottle. 
3. Add a squirt of washing up liquid. 
4. Add 6 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda.
5. Add food colouring.
6. Add vinegar slowly. 
7. See the EXPLOSION!!!!!!

Something a little different....

Hi everybody its me again.
Today me and my family went to the forum because there was a Japanese day and I got to wear a kimono.My brother got to do some silk painting.My mummy got to get ddressed in a kimono aswell as me.Here are a few pictures.

new flower bed

Hi everybody
We have started digging (daddy mainly.)up some borders that we can plant some flowers in.
First daddy had to measure out the length and width that we wanted using a stick and string, then he dug out the 3 borders, we dug some chicken poo poo pellets in and weeded too, it was hard to take all the weeds up.My daddy planted a variety of wild flower seeds to make a wild flower meadow in one of the beds.
The other two are empty except we did plant some sweet pea seeds against the fence, and we will be buying flowers and plants next week.

A couple of weeks ago after doing my fairy garden I planted some sweet pea seeds in some long plant pots hopefully we will be seeing them spout soon

A couple of weeks ago I replanted my fairy garden and just used pansies this time, here are a few pictures.

its almost spring

Hi everyone its me again
This Friday will be the first day of spring,and I can't wait for the weekend to get started and plant some seeds.
First i need to empty some plant pots and refill them with fresh compost before planting my seeds.
I am going to plant:-

• Sunflowers
• Rocket
• Coriander
• Sweet peas
• Cosmos
• Onion
• Spinach
• Lettuce
• Poppy

My daddy says that he's going to dig some of the garden to plant some vegetables i think.

I also need to do some weeding and lots of other things.

I'll keep you updated as much as I can with pictures where possible.

return of the blog i'm back

Hi everyone
Today i started gardening club at school, and i planted some broad beans ,sweat peas, onions and other people planted some pumpkins,some more broad beans and some other  plants and we got the weeds out of the large planters first,then we could put fresh seeds in.
I will let you know more next week

Bonfire night

Hello everyone I haven't been doing much gardening but we did go and see the firework display they were really good some were pink,purple,different colours nearly all the colours in the UK.
Today I drew some pictures of the fireworks and the bonfire I'm going to put some pictures of them, I used soft pastels and cotton wool and what you had to do was you had a craft knife you could scrape it with the knife or just do it like proper colouring, then blend with the cotton wool.

This post is about my pepper plants they are really bright red but a couple are still green they are nearly ready to pick of and eat.Yummy 

We can put them in rice,stews,spaghetti Bolognese, and other yummy meals like that.Yummy scrummy

Going to Thorpe perrow

Last Sunday morning me and my family went to Thorpe Perrow because my mum had not been well last time so my dad promised that we could go back, we had a lovely time my mum has taken some pics of things we saw
